Ford Merkur Turbo Manifold is a high-performance stainless steel manifold designed for the 2.3L turbocharged Ford models like the Mustang, SVO, Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, and Merkur. This manifold features a custom T3/T4 center-mounted turbo flange and a 35.38mm wastegate flange for improved airflow. The design incorporates braced flanges on both sides for added durability and strength.
Crafted with equal-length 1 5/8” primaries and 1/2” machined flanges, the 2.3L Ford Turbo Manifold offers superior flow, making it a great choice for building a high-performance turbo setup. The new header orientation allows for quick turbo removal in less than 15 minutes. It fits all turbos with a T3-style 4-hole rectangular flange, and it requires a braided flex section for an external wastegate dump tube. This manifold does not include EGR provisions and is not a direct stock replacement.
