Primary applications include compatible 1988–1998 Chevy and GMC C/K trucks and SUVs, including C/K 1500 and C/K 2500 platforms using traditional Small Block Chevrolet engines such as the 305 / 5.0L and 350 / 5.7L V8.

The XS-POWER turbo header system is designed to route exhaust from both cylinder banks through the supplied crossover configuration and toward a centrally positioned single T4 top-mount turbocharger.

⚡ SINGLE T4 TOP-MOUNT TURBO CONFIGURATION

At the heart of this system is the single T4 turbo flange. The top-mount configuration positions a compatible T4-flanged turbocharger above the header system, creating the aggressive layout enthusiasts want from a custom SBC turbo build.

A single-turbo arrangement can simplify a V8 turbo build compared with a twin-turbo configuration while still offering tremendous performance potential when matched with the correct turbocharger, fuel system, engine management and supporting components.

44MM EXTERNAL WASTEGATE FLANGE

Boost control is an essential part of any turbo system. The XS-POWER Version II header configuration incorporates a 44MM external wastegate flange for use with a compatible external wastegate.

This gives the fabricator a solid starting point for controlling exhaust energy around the turbine and managing boost pressure as part of the completed turbo system.

Wastegate is not included unless specifically pictured or stated otherwise.

16-GAUGE 304 STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Turbo headers live in an extremely demanding environment. Exhaust heat, thermal cycling, vibration and turbocharger weight all place stress on the hot-side components.

That's why XS-POWER uses 16-gauge 304 stainless steel tubing with smooth mandrel bends for this performance turbo header system.

The stainless construction provides excellent corrosion resistance while the mandrel-bent tubing maintains a smooth exhaust path through the bends.

HEAVY-DUTY 7/16" HEAD FLANGES

A turbo header is only as useful as the seal it maintains against the cylinder head.

The cylinder-head flanges are laser-cut from high-quality 7/16-inch thick steel plate and flattened using a hydraulic press to promote accurate sealing surfaces.

The flanges also feature a corrosion-resistant plated finish.

TIG-WELDED PERFORMANCE CONSTRUCTION

The joints feature XS-POWER's distinctive golden-color TIG-welded appearance, combining strong fabrication with the purposeful look expected from a serious performance turbo system.

Careful welding and heavy-duty materials are particularly important on turbo exhaust components, where extreme temperature changes can punish poorly constructed hardware.

Will these fit a 1988–1998 Chevy C1500 with a 350?

The system is designed around compatible 1988–1998 Chevy/GMC C/K applications using a traditional Small Block Chevy V8, including common 350 / 5.7L applications. This is a custom turbo conversion system, so installation and supporting fabrication must be considered before purchase.

Will these work with a Chevy 305 5.0L?

The header flange design is intended for compatible traditional Small Block Chevy applications including the 305 / 5.0L V8. Verify cylinder-head and vehicle configuration before installation.

What turbo flange do these headers use?

The system is configured for a single T4-flanged turbocharger.

Does the kit include a crossover pipe?

Yes. The system includes the crossover configuration used to route exhaust toward the single top-mounted turbocharger.

What size wastegate does it use?

The system incorporates a 44MM external wastegate flange.

Are these direct-fit replacement headers?

No. These are turbo-conversion headers. They are intended as part of a custom single-turbo system and should not be confused with ordinary naturally aspirated bolt-on replacement headers.

Are the headers stainless steel?

Will these fit other Small Block Chevy vehicles?
