The Twin-1 cat-back features a center muffler and rear muffler for a deep, aggressive European V6 exhaust note while maintaining a more refined tone than a single-muffler race system. True dual 2.5-inch piping provides excellent flow for stock turbo cars, tuned vehicles, K04 upgrades and serious Stage 3 builds.

The included full 3-inch downpipes use catless test-pipe construction, braided flex sections and smooth tapered transitions into the dual 2.5-inch cat-back. This design helps reduce restriction immediately after the turbochargers while maintaining a properly matched connection to the rest of the exhaust system.

The system uses factory-style mounting locations and sleeve-style exhaust connections to simplify alignment. Because these vehicles are more than twenty years old, exhaust fitment can be affected by previous repairs, aftermarket components, worn engine or transmission mounts, corrosion and chassis variation.

Professional installation by an experienced Audi or European performance technician is strongly recommended. Assemble the entire exhaust loosely, align all pipes and tips, verify clearance around the drivetrain and body, and only then fully tighten the clamps and mounting hardware.
