Built for Mercedes performance, these M113k AMG longtube headers are designed to replace the stock cast manifolds on 5.4L supercharged engines. The long-tube design allows better exhaust flow, especially at higher RPMs, helping the engine breathe more freely. Made from strong stainless steel, these headers are built to handle heat and pressure. With a cat-deleted setup, they offer a straight-through path for gases, helping reduce restrictions in the system. This set includes four O2 bungs and fits well with factory components.
These CLS55 AMG de-cat headers are a solid fit for 2003–2006 models. The tubing is 16-gauge thick, with 1.9" outer diameter primaries and a 2.90" inner diameter collector. All parts are made with clean welds and solid mounting points. The design supports better flow for high-performance driving without extra bulk.
